For Mont Vert’s pre-leased 2 BHK investment homes, the communication strategy was designed to go beyond highlighting returns and instead build a narrative that felt clear, credible and strategically differentiated. The campaign began with the teaser phase, Codename ROI, where ROI was redefined as Residence of Income rather than Return on Investment, positioning the project as a residential asset built for long-term rental continuity and income generation.

In the revealer phase, Codename ROI evolved into Belview, expanding the communication beyond investment to include scenic surroundings, managed living and sustained rental value. Through a phased print and paid media strategy, the narrative evolved gradually while maintaining a consistent investment-first positioning across every consumer touchpoint.
